Terms of Service

1. About us

Getsettld is a product of Manish Enterprises, a sole proprietorship. By creating a Getsettld account, you agree to these Terms of Service with Manish Enterprises. If you do not agree, please do not use Getsettld.

2. Description of service

Getsettld is an invoice follow-up automation tool for freelancers and small businesses. It allows you to create invoice records, schedule automated email reminders, and track payment status. Getsettld is not a payment processor — it does not handle any money.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others or use Getsettld to send reminders on behalf of another business without their explicit permission.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Impersonating another person or business is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Getsettld to:

• Send spam, harassment, or threatening emails to clients
• Send reminder emails for fraudulent or non-existent invoices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the service

Manish Enterprises reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Payment and subscriptions

The Starter plan is free with limitations. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). You may cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. All subscriptions are non-refundable. See our refund policy for details.

Users who upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan within 3 days of their most recent subscription purchase will receive a full refund of the old plan and be charged the full price of the new plan. After 3 days, the old plan is cancelled at period end and the new plan begins immediately at full price.

Manish Enterprises reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Free plan

The free Starter plan allows you to experience core Getsettld features with up to 3 active invoices. There is no time limit on the free plan — it is available indefinitely.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Manish Enterprises is not liable for losses caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

Getsettld is provided "as is". Manish Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue if a reminder email fails to deliver.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of Getsettld after changes constitutes acceptance.
