Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription billing
Getsettld offers three plans: Starter (Free), Pro, and Agency. Paid plans are billed either monthly or yearly through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
2. No-refund policy
All paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer partial or full refunds for any reason, including:
- Unused days remaining in a billing period
- Downgrading to a lower plan mid-cycle
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Dissatisfaction with features
We encourage you to use the free Starter plan to evaluate Getsettld before committing to a paid plan.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription in your Getsettld account. When you cancel:
- Your paid features remain fully accessible until the end of your current billing period.
- Auto-renewal is disabled — you will not be charged again.
- After the period ends, your account moves to the free Starter plan automatically.
- Your data (invoices, clients, reminders) is preserved — nothing is deleted.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before your next billing date.
4. Upgrades
When you upgrade from one paid plan to a higher one:
- If within 3 days of your most recent payment, a refund of the old plan is initiated and you are charged for the new plan at full price.
- After 3 days, the old subscription is cancelled at cycle end and a new subscription for the higher plan begins immediately at full price.
Your upgraded features unlock instantly.
5. Downgrades
Downgrading is handled by cancelling your current plan. The downgrade takes effect only at the end of your current billing period — you keep your paid features until then.
6. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, your subscription enters a 7-day grace period. During this time, you retain access and can update your payment method. If the payment is not resolved within the grace period, your subscription is cancelled and your account moves to the free Starter plan.
7. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. accidental duplicate charge by our payment provider), please contact us at billing@getsettld.xyz within 48 hours. We will review each case individually.
